Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SITEFRAME ("we") handles information in ClipBurst (https://app.clipburst.jp, the "Service"), a tool for creating short videos and publishing them to social media accounts chosen by the user.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, display name, and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Content provided by the user: video topics, instructions, documents, images, and the scripts, audio and videos created from them.
- Credentials of connected social media accounts: tokens used to publish to YouTube, X, Instagram, Threads and TikTok.
- Publishing results: the URL and ID of each post, and engagement metrics such as views and likes (no metrics are retrieved from YouTube).
- Operation logs of the Service (success or failure of processing, error messages).
2. How we use information
- To create videos as instructed by the user and publish them to the social media accounts the user selects.
- To show publishing results to the user.
- To investigate problems, improve the Service and prevent misuse.
- To respond to inquiries.
3. YouTube API Services and Google user data
The Service uses YouTube API Services. Your use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Only when a user connects YouTube, the Service requests, through Google OAuth, a single permission: uploading videos to YouTube (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload).
- We store only the authorization token needed for uploading, and the ID and URL of the videos uploaded through the Service. We do not access existing videos in the channel, view counts or other metrics, watch history, or contacts.
- For each upload, the user reviews and edits the title, description, tags, privacy status and made-for-kids setting before the video is sent to YouTube.
- The token is used only to upload videos that the user created in the Service and chose to publish, to the user's own YouTube channel.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell or transfer it to third parties, and do not use it to train AI models.
- No person at SITEFRAME reads Google user data, except with the user's consent, for security investigations, or where required by law.
- ClipBurst's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing with external services
To provide its features, the Service sends information to the following services only as needed:
- Anthropic (Claude): to write scripts and post captions from the topics, instructions, documents and product screenshots.
- Runway: to generate narration, images, video clips and sound effects.
- Cloudflare (R2): to temporarily provide a public URL of a video for posting to Instagram and Threads.
- YouTube, X, Meta (Instagram, Threads) and TikTok: to publish posts as instructed by the user and receive the results.
Social media tokens, including Google user data, are used only for publishing to the respective service and are never sent to the AI services listed above.
5. Storage and security
Information is stored on servers managed by us, and all communication is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to the servers is limited to our administrators, and backups are kept on the server in case of failure.
6. Revoking access and deleting data
- Choosing "連携を解除" (Disconnect) on the Service's social accounts page immediately deletes the token for that account.
- You can revoke the Service's access to YouTube at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
- To request deletion of your account, created videos, or data stored through the YouTube connection, contact us at the address below. We will delete it within 7 days after confirmation.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Except as described in Section 4 or as required by law, we do not provide user information to third parties without consent.
