Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using ClipBurst (https://app.clipburst.jp, the "Service"), a video creation and publishing tool provided by SITEFRAME ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement to the YouTube Terms of Service
The Service uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to the user's YouTube channel. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. For how information received through the YouTube connection is handled, see our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
- Accounts for the Service are issued by us.
- You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.
3. Responsibility for content
- In the Service, the user reviews and edits drafts such as scripts and captions suggested by AI, and chooses settings such as the privacy status, before publishing. The user is responsible for the published content.
- You must comply with the terms of each destination service (YouTube, X, Instagram, Threads, TikTok).
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Always review content before publishing.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Creating or publishing content that violates laws or public order, or infringes the rights of others (copyright, portrait rights, etc.).
- Uses that violate the terms of the destination services, such as spam or mass posting of misleading content.
- Unauthorized access to the Service or interference with its operation.
5. Changes to and suspension of the Service
We may change or stop providing the Service without prior notice. Features may become unavailable due to changes or outages of external services (social media and AI services).
6. Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes to these Terms
We will announce changes to these Terms on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes agreement to the changed Terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court having jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
